If you have cover with Private Health Insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate. The item number used is ‘200’.

You may be referred for psychological support under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) written by your GP.

A MHTP entitles you to a rebate from Medicare for each session, for a total of 10 sessions per calendar year.

The practice processes the Medicare rebates on your behalf for your sessions. You should anticipate the rebate to be in your nominated bank account 24-48 hours following your appointment.

You may cancel your appointment via email or phone call up to 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees are not eligible for rebates.
